Howdy!
This is my submission for the Castlevania day contest.

I thought a lot about it before starting to work on this, I wanted a piece that was original but classical at the same time, that also portayed the various protagonists and scenarios of te original Castlevania III Nintendo game this work was based on. I wasn't make a painting originally , but since now I had time and hadn't make one in like a year I decided "why not?", I need the practice anyways.

Since there's so much controvesy in the Old School-New School style of portaying the character designs so I went to the original sprites of the game and I re-design them from there, but as the fans of the game might see it, it isn't something way too complex nor too different.

It's painted with guache and acrilics.And the original image was so huge that DA would load it so I had to diminish it 20%.

Esta es mi pieza para el concurso de Castlevania Day.

Pensé bastante antes de empezar trabajar en esta pieza, ya que quería un trabajo que fuera original pero clásico a la vez; también que representara la variedad de personajes y escenarios que presentaba el juego original Castlevania III de Nintendo en cual esta pintura esta basada. Inicialmente no era mi intención hacer una pintura, pero como hace como un año desde que no pintaba nada(remeras no cuentan ) me decidi "por que no?"Necesito practicar de todos modos.

Siendo q hay tanta controversia entre los mas fanaticos de esta saga entre los estilos Old School-New School en el estilo de los diseños de los personajes. Asi que yo saque mi inspiracion mayoritariamente de los sprites originales del juego, pero como los mas fanaticos del juego notarán no es algo tan complejo o tan dierente.

Esta pintado enteramente con temperas y acrílicos.Y la imagen original era tan grande q impedia q DA me la cargara asi qtuve q achicarla un 20%.
